1. Pricing

Is calculated at the moment you register successfully and the registration is confirmed by 52Hz.

2. Payment and tour confirmation

When you successful make a payment, we will confirm as soon as possible within 24 hours (except weekends, holidays,etc.) We only confirm your booking via bank transfer to the following banks. Please capture your successful payment and send to 52Hz for condirmation.

4. You can come directly to our office at:

126/11 Phan Van Tri Street, Ward 12, Binh Thanh District, HCMC to make a booking and pay in cash.

5. Deposit

Please pay a deposit of minimun 1,000,000 VND to the bank information we provided above to make your rểvation.

6. Cancellations:

  • Cancellation made right after making a reservation: cancellation fee is equal to 10% of total booking price
  • Cancellation made 10-14 days before tour departure date: cancellation fee is equal to 30% of total booking price
  • Cancellation made 4-9 days before tour departure date: cancellation fee is equal to 50% of total booking price
  • Cancellation made 3 days before tour departure date: cancellation fee is equal to 100% of total booking price
  • Note: Cancellation conditions are not applied if you’ve already postponed your tour.

7. Tour postpone/departure date change:

  • If you want to postpone your tour or change your tour departure date, you have to inform 52Hz team at least 10 days prior to departure date.
  • Tour postpone/departure date change made 7-9 days prior to departure date: fee is equal to 20% of total booking price
  • Tour postpone/departure date change made 3-6 days prior to departure date: fee is equal to 30% of total booking price
  • Tour postpone/departure date change made 2 days prior to departure date: fee is equal to 100% of total booking price

Note:

  • You are allowed to postpone your tour or change your tour departure date only once (01). Within 45 days after postponing your tour/changing your tour departure date, use have to choose a new departure date. Otherwise, 52Hz will not return your deposit.
  • Tour postpone/departure date change is not applied during holidays. If you wish to subtitute participant, you have to inform and be acknowledged by 52Hz.

8. Policies about force majeure events :

  • In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, typhoons, floods, tsunamis, diseases, etc. 52Hz will inform you as soon as possible and support you to postpone your tour to another day. In case you’re unable to rearrange your schedule, you will be charged a fee of 30% of total booking price
  • After making a reservation at 52Hz, we believe that you put your trust in us and are aware that the location may occur some unexpected incidents, which leads to changing in the itinerary.
  • Based on the real situation, we will make adjustments without prior notice to ensure safety as well as maintain your experience’s quality.

9. Policies about subjective events

  • Each tour has to reach the minimum quantity of participants, about which we will mention during our counsel. In case the tour doesn’t not meet the the minimum quantity of participants, we will inform you 2 days prior to your tour departure date.
  • 52Hz has the right to amend the departure date as a backup plan. If you don’t agree with the amendment, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days (except weekends, holidays)

10. Transportation

  • 52Hz team is responsible for informing you about the transportation of each tour. Depending on the minimum number of guest as well as the characteristics of each tour, we will decide to go by sleeper bus or coach.
  • This information will be provided and explained when you contact us for consultation

11. Guest confidentiality

  • 52Hz respect your privacy and only provide your information to our service partner such as bus-lines, insurance company, etc.
  • In case you want to keep your information confidential because of personal reason, please contact us.
  • All images captured during the tour will be used for media. Please contact us if you don’t want us to use your pictures for media.
